Today, the Polish government established new restrictions. You cannot be outside of home on New Year's Eve between 7 PM and 6 AM of the next day. Hotels, clubs and restaurants will be closed. There is a ban on the gatherings of more than 5 people.

10 days of quarantine for people outside of Poland from the organised trip. So it is really hard to spend New Year's Eve in Poland for a group of people from abroad.

Fireworks are still legal but only until 7 PM in public places on New Year's Eve. Eventually, you can set off fireworks on 1 January in the evening but before midnight.
